Operation Manager

    Duties:
  • 1. Oversee and Optimize Daily Operations (40%): Lead daily operations across showrooms, fabrication, and warehouse, maximizing productivity and efficiency. Develop and implement operational systems by using SQL Database Management and best practices to meet New Choice's quality and cost standards. Manage procurement, inventory control, and supply chain. Collaborate with sales and design teams to optimize workflow and communication, applying Statistical Modeling & Forecasting techniques in R and CRM System.
  • 2. Maintain Quality and Customer Satisfaction (25%): Ensure high quality standards and exceptional customer service. Monitor projects, conduct quality control, and resolve customer issues promptly. Implement feedback mechanisms for continuous improvement, utilizing SQL Database Management to analyze customer data and identify trends.
  • 3. Control Inventory and Manage Finances (20%): Develop and manage operational budgets, drawing on SQL Database Management to extract financial data from systems like QuickBooks. Analyze financial data to identify cost savings and optimize resource allocation. Monitor inventory levels, developing strategies based on financial status and market trends. Manage accounts payable and receivable.
  • 4. Oversee Staffing and Team Development (10%): Manage, support, and motivate staff, fostering a positive work environment. Develop career plans, provide performance feedback, and conduct training to build a high-performing team. Oversee recruitment and onboarding, utilizing CRM System for applicant tracking and personnel management.
  • 5. Drive Continuous Improvement (5%): Collaborate on marketing initiatives to increase market reach and customer engagement. Maintain relationships with key partners to secure new business opportunities. Enhance online customer experience through timely updates of product availability.


    Requirements:
  • 1. Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Information Science relevant field and 3 years of progressive experience in operation management and information Science related occupation.
  • 2. CRM Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in a CRM system (Insightly, Salesforce, or similar) including data analysis, reporting, and integration with financial systems (e.g., QuickBooks). Experience managing customer relationships and sales pipelines is essential.
  • 3. GIS & Spatial Analysis: Practical experience using GIS software (ArcGIS, QGIS, etc.) for optimizing logistics and other operational strategies.
  • 4. Web Development: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript sufficient to design and maintain basic user-centered interfaces and dashboards or to effectively collaborate with developers.
  • 5. SQL Database Management: Ability to write and execute SQL queries for data extraction, analysis, and reporting.
  • 6. Statistical Modeling & Forecasting: Experience using R to develop and deploy predictive models for forecasting and resource allocation.
  • 7. Graphic Design: Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator to create marketing materials, reports, diagrams, and user interface elements. Experience designing engaging visuals and branding elements for CRM user interfaces is a plus.

Requirements:

  • Strong connections in the remodeling, cabinetry, and countertop industry.
  • 5+ years of outside sales experience, preferably in home improvement or interior products.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and travel locally to meet clients.

We are also hiring a Sales & Interior Designer with expertise in 2020 Design software to assist customers with designing their dream kitchens and bathrooms. This role requires a mix of design skills and strong customer service abilities.



Responsibilities:

  • Meet with clients to understand their design needs and preferences.
  • Use 2020 Design software to create custom kitchen and bathroom layouts.
  • Recommend cabinetry, countertops, and other design elements based on client needs.
  • Work closely with the Senior Sales/Store Manager and Operations Manager to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow up with clients throughout the sales process.


Requirements:

  • Experience using 2020 Design software for kitchen and bath layouts.
  • Strong communication and sales skills to assist clients effectively.
  • 2+ years of experience in interior design, kitchen & bath sales, or related fields.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at once.
